01A digital service
StockLearn Stock Breakout Scanner is a fully online software service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. This policy describes how access to the Service is delivered, in place of a conventional shipping policy.
02How access is delivered
Access is delivered electronically, through your account on stocklearn.clustermicro.com. When you sign up, your free trial is available immediately. When you subscribe, your paid access is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed by Razorpay — there is nothing to download or ship.
03Delivery timing
Activation is normally instant. In the rare case that a successful payment does not unlock access within a few minutes, the activation also reconciles automatically when the payment provider confirms the transaction. If access still has not appeared, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
04What you need to access it
To use the Service you need an internet connection, a modern web browser, and your account login. The daily and weekly analytics refresh after market hours, in line with the schedule described on the site.
