How cancellations and refunds work for your subscription.

01Overview

StockLearn Stock Breakout Scanner is a digital subscription service operated by ClusterMicro Technologies. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Payments are handled by Razorpay; by subscribing you also agree to our Terms of Service.

02Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@clustermicro.com. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

03Refunds

Because the Service gives you immediate access to data and analytics the moment your payment succeeds, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

04Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but your subscription did not activate, or you were charged more than once for the same period, email us with your payment reference and we will verify it with Razorpay and refund any duplicate or failed-but-charged amount in full.

05How refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved, it is processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear after we initiate it. We do not refund to a different account or method.
